I have ordered a total of six Behr skin hoodies for me and my wife over the last two years, and every time I order the flag patches, they forget to put those in the package. The second time I ordered from them, they forgot a total of four flag patches, and yet they do not return phone calls or emails.
They could care less if you've got your missing parts replaced or not. I will never buy from this rip-off company again.

Yes, this is Christopher Ellis. I apologize if this is the second or third one at the east its going through.
I tried to send to and it told me I had to login so I apologize. I did not mean to do this back to back if I did so I wanted the puffer coat for Christmas. I went online. I showed my mom what it was told her how much it was.
It was the exact same deal now 62% off of 250 basically is $99 and change, and if you add $19 basically thats $119.99 thats what I paid. Thats what my mom paid for at Christmas time. Took Pictures of yalls advertisement the coat sent it in to Stephanie something a guy by the name of.Zac signing his name at the bottom so I guess its him. Cause I started looking for their all the pockets because its got two regular pockets and five hidden pockets.
Theres no hidden pockets on this coat this coat that I have that yall sent me doesnt even look like the one I I picked for Christmas so if we could get this settled, please this code is still in perfectly good condition. I still have the plastic bag it came in. I will gladly shipped this back to yall. Im hoping I dont have to wait for me to ship my package back to yall and then yall send me my package.

Product was delivered but one of the items had been stolen out of the package. Contacted Uni Uni who delivered it and the first time I talked to him he was nice, said to give them 48 hours to investigate.
After the 48 hours the customer support agent had an attitude and acted like he couldn't see the problem and said i had to contact Bearskin. I've been trying to contact BEARSKIN and there's no one to talk to, so as of right now, I'm waiting to see what will happens.
I just need information of how to return this half order and get a full refund. I won't be ordering from them again nor will I recommend it.

I ordered 1 BaerSkin Sherpa Hoodie Jacket. I came: I promptly emailed Robelyyn and Thanked her for thre expertly crafted jacket. Sunday I was beginning an involved deck restoration. A lot of stuff was on my mind.
I finally found where my 99 year old mother had set the newly arrived package. It was deliverd by Uniuni, a service I've never heard of. There was no label on the unopened Baerskin Tactical Sherpa Hoodie packageing the Uniuni package contained. I ordered 1 jacket, paid for 1 jacket and accepted its delivery, There was a lot of confusion at the Baerskin Tactical end, for me to recieve my purchase.
I was pleased when it arrived. I will not accept this second Sherps Hoodie, thatr I did not order, no matter what kind of deal you try to offer me to accept it. Please refund the jacket I di not order from my account and send me a shipping label. I will gladly rerturn the garment.
BaerSkin evidently has a lot of organiszational work to take place in its Order Fullfillment Department. Please make the necessarry corrections that might allow your buisness to thrive.
Return my payment for a jacket I did not order.

That amber was there for less than a second, and I brushed it off as soon as it touched me. I am asking fair skin to find something tougher and lighter that can resist an amber.

I received confirmation of this order and my total order payment of $114.90 on same date.
Also on October 28, I ordered and paid for the rain jacket (order no. ).
I received confirmation of this order and my total order payment of $184.00 on same date.
On October 29 and November 11, I was charged $69.97 on both dates by BAER* TUP.
I have no idea what these charges are for. The charges were not authorzed by me and iI am hereby demanding the immediate refund of $139.94 ($69.97 x 2).
I am also demanding that I be provided with the expected date of shipment for the above 2 orders.
Your immediate attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I am a gunnery sergeant in the United States Marine Corps. I ordered the bear skin hoodie and the rain jacket to go with it, both size large.
I received the bear skin hoodie sweatshirt size large; then I received two rain jackets at 2X and one pair of pants that we never ordered.
I have been attempting to return these items as they were billed to my credit card, but we only ordered two things. They got one correct, and the other three were billed to the account and were not proper, and nobody's returning phone calls or emails.
